The essence of the treatment
Abdominal Massage in Brussels · Inspired by Chi Nei Tsang
The Belly Treatment is inspired by Chi Nei Tsang, an abdominal massage from the Taoist tradition. It sees the belly as our "second brain": the place where tension and held emotions like to settle.
Our practitioner combines deep breathing, rocking, gentle pressure and skin-rolling to release the tension stored in the abdomen. It's both a physical treatment (digestion, transit, pain) and an energetic one (emotional release, inner balance). A deep, surprisingly subtle experience that leaves a lightness like nothing else.

Frequently asked questions
A belly massage inspired by Chi Nei Tsang, a technique from the Taoist tradition. It combines breathing, precise pressure and gentle mobilisation of the abdomen to release the tension held in the belly.
People often call the belly the "second brain": it is in constant dialogue with the brain through the vagus nerve. That's why we talk about a "knot in the stomach" or "not being able to stomach" something. The Belly Treatment works with this dimension, through gentle work on the abdomen.
The Belly Treatment is especially suited to people who feel digestive discomfort or stress settling in the belly, or who are going through an emotionally demanding time. It's also a lovely treatment for those who want to work on their inner life in a non-verbal way. If you have a digestive condition, talk to your doctor first.
It's an area of the body less often touched, which can surprise you the first time. But the session takes place in an extremely professional, caring setting. You stay lying on your back, covered by a sheet that only uncovers the abdomen being worked. Our practitioner explains every movement, checks your comfort throughout, and adapts to your needs. Most clients are surprised how soothing and natural it feels.
The contraindications for Chi Nei Tsang are strict: pregnancy (any trimester), recent abdominal surgery (less than 3 months), inflammatory bowel disease in a flare (Crohn's, ulcerative colitis), serious abdominal conditions (cancer, severe hernia), fever or a current infection. For a chronic digestive condition, check with your doctor before booking. We always adapt the work.
To support you through a demanding period, many people choose a series: one session a week for 3–4 weeks, then a monthly rhythm to maintain. For general balancing, one session every 6 weeks is enough. It's a treatment to savour: don't book it if you're rushed or tense — Chi Nei Tsang asks for a certain inner availability to give its best.
