General

We welcome you in our waiting room, where we take a few minutes to talk through what you need today. The treatment starts with a moment to settle in, then unfolds at your own pace. A shower is available before or after your session.

Nothing, or almost. We provide towels and robes. Just come as you are — what matters is you.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24h beforehand. A cancellation link is in your confirmation email and in My Account, or you can email us at booking@sereniss.com. After that, 50% of the treatment is charged; in case of a no-show, the full amount remains due.

Yes, and it's one of the loveliest gestures to give. Our gift cards are available online, valid for 24 months, digital or printable. You can choose any amount, valid on all treatments and in the boutique.

Duos

The Classic Duo

View treatment →

No. Couples, friends, sisters, mother and daughter, colleagues: The Classic Duo is for every pair. The tables are side by side, and each of you stays covered by a sheet throughout the treatment.

The Classic Duo follows the same relaxing protocol for both people. If each of you would rather build your own treatment — deep pressure on one side, relaxing on the other — the Tailored Duo is made for that.

You're free to. Most pairs drift naturally into silence after a few minutes.

Fever, acute infection or inflammation, phlebitis, recent surgery: please postpone your visit. Pregnant? The Prenatal Treatment is designed for you. If in doubt, check with your doctor first.

A single booking covers both people; choose the duration and we'll take care of the rest.

Yes — it's one of our most requested gifts. A Sereniss gift card covers the treatment in full or in part.

The Tailored Duo

View treatment →

The Tailored Duo is a shared bespoke massage — two massages side by side, experienced in parallel. The Sereniss for Two Ritual is our complete signature experience for two: it includes a Welcome footbath, the bespoke massage, the Oil Bar, the Flower Elixir Cacao, and sound therapy. If you're looking for a beautiful massage for two: the Tailored Duo. If you want to give an exceptional, multi-sensory moment: the Sereniss for Two Ritual.

For couples, but not only. Many clients come as a pair of friends, mother and daughter, siblings, or simply to share the moment with someone they love. It's also a wonderful gift for a birthday, Valentine's, or to celebrate a special event together.

Absolutely — that's the whole point of the Tailored Duo. One of you can choose a very gentle Slow, the other a dynamic Deep. One might want work on the back only, the other a full treatment. Our therapists adapt in parallel, in the same room, with no interaction needed between you.

You arrive together, and we settle you into the same duo room (two tables side by side, about a metre apart). You stay in sight of each other throughout if you wish, but with no direct contact. The atmosphere is calm, made for relaxation. You leave together.

The Tailored Duo is one of our most gifted treatments. You can book and give the voucher directly. To add a touch of surprise, our Sereniss Extras (Tasty Box Cosmic Chocolate, MasMoi Pearls, Aroma Candles) turn the treatment into a real gift experience. Ideal for birthdays, Valentine's, Mother's or Father's Day, and other special moments.

Free cancellation up to 24h before the appointment. After that, 50% of the treatment is charged; in case of a no-show, the full amount remains due. If something comes up, contact us as early as you can — we'll always do our utmost to reschedule.

The Duo Blackout Experience

View treatment →

You arrive together, we welcome you in soft light and take the time to explain how it unfolds. You choose your oils together at the Oil Bar. Once you're settled on the tables side by side, we gradually dim the light until total darkness. Your therapists massage you in parallel, in silence. At the end, we bring the light back gently so as not to startle your eyes. You leave together.

That's the case for most of our clients. When you arrive, we take the time to explain how it unfolds and guide you into the room while it's still softly lit. We dim gradually, at your pace. If the darkness ever becomes uncomfortable, one signal is enough for us to bring back a soft light. In practice it's extremely rare — most clients let go within five minutes.

The solo Blackout Ritual is a deep inward experience — you alone with yourself in total darkness, ideal for releasing a heavy mental load. The Duo Blackout Experience is shared: you're two in the same darkness, on two tables side by side. The presence of the other, felt but not seen, turns the experience into a moment of silent connection. Two different treatments, two different states of mind.

The Tailored Duo is a bespoke massage for two, where each of you chooses your pressure and areas, in soft light. The Duo Blackout isn't its 'in the dark' version: it's a different, more sensory experience. You surrender to gentle, caring hands — sight is removed to heighten what you feel, in a sequence that alternates softness and depth.

Recommended for couples looking to reconnect differently, for very close friends who want to share a memorable experience, or as a gift to mark an important event (an anniversary as a couple, a proposal, a reunion). Not recommended in case of claustrophobia or a strong fear of the dark — for those, the classic Tailored Duo will be more comfortable. We always talk through your preferences before we begin.

The Duo Blackout Experience is a memorable gift, ideal for a special occasion — a wedding anniversary, a reunion, an important celebration. You can book and give the voucher directly. To add a touch of surprise, our Sereniss Extras turn the treatment into a real extended gift experience.

Free cancellation up to 24h before the appointment. After that, 50% of the treatment is charged; in case of a no-show, the full amount remains due. If something comes up, contact us as early as you can — we'll always do our utmost to reschedule.

The Sereniss for Two Ritual

View treatment →

The Tailored Duo is a bespoke massage for two, lived side by side. The Sereniss for Two Ritual goes much further: it's a five-step ceremony (Welcome footbath, Tailor Made Massage, Oil Bar, Flower Elixir Cacao, Vibration) that calls on all your senses. If the Tailored Duo is a beautiful shared treatment, the Sereniss for Two Ritual is a memorable signature experience — the one you give for the big occasions.

Yes, all five steps of the ritual are included in the price (90 min: €295, or 120 min: €385). You get the Welcome footbath, the personalised Tailor Made Massage, access to the Oil Bar, the Flower Elixir Cacao tasting, and the sound therapy to close. The Sereniss Extras (Tasty Box, MasMoi Pearls, Aroma Candles) are optional, to turn the treatment into a real surprise gift.

Our Sereniss Extras are designed to make your ritual an unforgettable surprise gift: the Tasty Box Cosmic Chocolate (+€14.50) — a tasting of exceptional chocolates after the treatment; the MasMoi Massage Pearls (+€29.95) — a box to take home and carry the experience on; the Aroma Candles (+€25) — a signature aromatic candle to light together. Available across all our duo treatments.

The Sereniss for Two Ritual is our treatment for the moments that matter. A wedding anniversary. Valentine's. A proposal. Renewing your vows. A reunion after a long time apart. A milestone anniversary. A shared treatment after loss or a hard time. A honeymoon. It's also an absolutely exceptional Christmas or birthday gift — the one you don't forget.

The ritual lasts 90 or 120 minutes depending on the option, but we recommend allowing around 2h (90 min) or 2h30 (120 min) in total — to fully enjoy the arrival, the Welcome footbath, the transitions between steps, and the time to "come back down" after the Vibration. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in calmly.

The Sereniss for Two Ritual is by far our most-gifted treatment for the big occasions. You can book the voucher directly, with or without Sereniss Extras. For last-minute surprises, contact us: we can prepare a special reveal to announce the gift to your recipient (a personalised card, careful presentation). Free cancellation up to 24h before the appointment.

The Parent & Child Ritual

View treatment →

The Parent & Child Ritual is open to children from age 5. At that age, a child is usually able to stay calm and fully enjoy the treatment. For younger children (3–4), we prefer to wait — their attention span makes the experience harder to enjoy calmly.

Absolutely. Our practitioner adapts the treatment to the child's age and build: very gentle pressure, simple movements, a reasonable length, attention to any signs of discomfort. If your child is shy or anxious, let us know in advance so we can prepare an even more reassuring welcome. The first few minutes are spent putting the child at ease.

Three differences: (1) the pressure is much gentler, suited to a growing body; (2) the length is shorter (30 min recommended for a first time); (3) the atmosphere is more playful and accessible — no long silences, simple explanations, reassuring gestures. For the parent, it's a classic, restoring treatment.

Yes, it's our absolute priority. You stay together in the same room, so your child sees and hears you throughout. Our practitioners are trained to welcome children with kindness and patience. The child can stop the treatment at any moment if they wish — their comfort comes above all else. Many children leave very proud of their first experience.

Every combination is possible and welcome: mother-daughter, father-son, mother-son, father-daughter, but also grandparent and grandchild, aunt/uncle and niece/nephew, or any responsible adult (with parental consent). What matters is the bond you want to celebrate or deepen.

The Parent & Child Ritual is an exceptional keepsake gift for Mother's and Father's Day, birthdays, the end of the school year, or simply to celebrate a lovely moment in your child's life. You can book and give the voucher directly. Many grandparents give it to their daughter/son plus grandchild as a shared gift.

Signatures

The Signature Slow

View treatment →

Absolutely. It's the treatment we most often recommend for a first time. The pressure is soft, the rhythm slow, and our practitioner adapts entirely to your comfort. There's nothing to know, nothing to prepare. All you have to do is let yourself be carried. Most of our clients come back after their first session, surprised by how deep the release goes.

The Signature Slow is our most enveloping relaxing massage: soft to moderate pressure, a deliberately slow rhythm, focused on the nervous system. The Signature Deep is firmer, made to release stubborn knots (ideal after a period of intense tension). The Sereniss, our house signature, blends several techniques according to how you are that day. If in doubt, the Slow is the ideal way into our world.

The Signature Slow is one of our most accessible treatments, but some situations call for medical advice before booking: first-trimester pregnancy, fever or a current infection, recent injuries or acute inflammation, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, significant varicose veins, or cancers in active treatment. If in doubt, contact us: we'll adapt or point you to a more suitable treatment.

Very often, and it's a good sign. The Signature Slow is designed to tip your nervous system into a deep parasympathetic state — the one of rest and repair. Many clients fall asleep halfway through. Don't apologise: it's exactly what your body was looking for. Your practitioner will adapt their touch if you're asleep, never startling you.

45 min for a first taste or an express appointment with yourself: we focus on one area (back, legs, or neck/face). 60 min — our recommended length — for a full-body massage with no rush. 90 min for a true shift: the nervous system has time to slow right down, and the benefits often last several days. For a first treatment, we suggest 60 minutes.

For lasting wellbeing, one session a month keeps your nervous system in balance. In periods of intense stress or transition, we recommend a course: one session a week for 3 to 4 weeks, then a monthly rhythm. Several of our clients have also chosen twice-monthly memberships, especially through demanding seasons (back-to-school, winter). Do ask us for advice in person.

The Sereniss

View treatment →

The Sereniss is our house signature treatment, the most accomplished. Unlike the other signatures (Slow, Deep, Barefoot, Tailor-Made), which each have one dominant technique, The Sereniss intuitively blends several approaches according to how you are that day. Our most experienced practitioners create a truly unique treatment, where every movement is guided by your body and your energy. It's the most personalised experience we offer.

The session begins with a few minutes of conversation to understand how you are today, where you hold tension, how tired you are, and what you prefer. During the treatment, your practitioner continually adjusts the pressure, the pace and the techniques to what your body expresses. It's a real silent conversation between your body and our hands, with no script and no fixed protocol.

Absolutely. The Sereniss adapts to every level of experience, from complete beginners to seasoned regulars. If it's your first time, our practitioner takes the time to put you at ease and adapts the treatment to your comfort. Many of our clients discover the world of massage through The Sereniss, won over by how perfectly it adjusts to their needs.

As with all our massages, some situations call for medical advice: first-trimester pregnancy, fever or a current infection, recent injuries, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, significant varicose veins, or cancers in active treatment. If in doubt, contact us: we'll adapt or point you to a more suitable treatment, such as the Prenatal Treatment.

60 minutes to discover the Sereniss experience or for a regular appointment. 90 minutes — our recommended length — to fully enjoy how personalised it is: the time lets your practitioner go deeper into the assessment and move through several techniques. 120 minutes for a truly transformative experience, ideal at pivotal moments (transitions, recovering from burnout, reconnecting with yourself).

To maintain a lasting balance, one session a month is ideal. For an intensive course (life transitions, high-stress periods), we recommend a session every two weeks for a month or two, then a monthly rhythm. Several of our clients have also chosen twice-monthly memberships — it's the option that truly transforms your relationship with your body over the long term.

The Signature Deep

View treatment →

No — the sensation is intense, but it should never be painful. Our practitioner stays in constant dialogue with you and adjusts the pressure to your threshold. You may feel a strong intensity over very tense areas, sometimes close to that "good hurt" when something finally releases. If any pressure becomes unpleasant, say so straight away: we adapt in real time. The goal is release, not pain.

Everything. The Signature Slow is a soft-pressure relaxing massage, designed to slow the nervous system down. The Signature Deep is the opposite: deep, sustained pressure, focused on the muscles and fascia, to release stubborn knots. The Slow relaxes, the Deep releases. If you're torn between the two, ask yourself: "Do I want to rest, or do I want my body to shed built-up tension?"

Absolutely — it's one of our most requested treatments among regular athletes. The deep work speeds up muscle recovery, clears built-up toxins, prevents injury and restores joint mobility. Ideal after a period of intense training, in the run-up to a competition, or simply to look after a body that trains regularly.

The Signature Deep calls for more care than gentle massages. Contraindications: pregnancy (any trimester), fever or a current infection, recent injuries or acute inflammation, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, significant varicose veins, advanced osteoporosis, and certain cancers in active treatment. If in doubt, contact us before booking — we'll point you to a more suitable treatment such as the Signature Slow or the Relief.

It's possible, and it's normal. The deep work stimulates the muscles like a moderate workout, which can leave mild soreness in the 24 to 48 hours that follow. It's a sign the tissue has been worked deeply. To keep it to a minimum: drink plenty of water after the session, avoid alcohol and intense sport for 24h, and go for a warm bath. The feeling of relief and greater mobility arrives the very next day.

To work on a specific issue (chronic pain, a muscle block), we recommend a course: one session a week for 3 to 4 weeks, then a monthly rhythm to maintain. For regular athletes, one session every 2 weeks during intense periods, monthly in the off-season. To look after a body under daily strain (standing work, lifting), one session a month keeps it supple and prevents chronic tension.

The Signature Tailor-Made

View treatment →

That's the key question. The Sereniss is shaped by our practitioner's intuition: they read your body and continually adapt the treatment to what they sense. The Signature Tailor-Made flips that logic: you lead. You name the areas, the pressure, the pace. Our practitioner becomes the faithful executor of your vision. The Sereniss asks you to trust; the Tailor-Made asks you to know what you want.

Then the Signature Tailor-Made probably isn't the right choice for you — and that's fine. If you'd rather be carried by our practitioner's expertise, go for The Sereniss (intuitive) or the Signature Slow (a relaxing massage). The Tailor-Made is for people with prior massage experience who know exactly which areas to work or avoid, and at what intensity.

Of course, at any time. That's the whole principle of the Tailor-Made. If you want more pressure, less pressure, a different area, longer here or shorter there — just say so. Our practitioner adapts instantly. You can also stay quiet and let them follow your opening brief: it's your choice.

You can ask for relaxing techniques (gliding strokes, gentle kneading), deep tissue (deep pressure, releasing knots), stretches, energy work, or a mix of several. If you have a specific need (for example: "don't touch my neck" or "focus mainly on the legs"), our practitioner will adapt. It's your treatment.

As with all our massages: first-trimester pregnancy, fever or a current infection, recent injuries, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, significant varicose veins, or cancers in active treatment. If you ask for deep pressure, the deep tissue contraindications also apply. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

60 minutes for a treatment focused on specific areas (the back, the neck and shoulders, the legs). 90 minutes — our recommended length — for a full-body treatment with time on the priority areas. 120 minutes for those who want a truly thorough treatment with several areas to work deeply. The length you choose depends on how many areas you want to cover.

The Signature Barefoot

View treatment →

The Signature Barefoot draws on ashiatsu (Japan) and chavutti thirumal (India) techniques, practised for centuries. Our practitioner stands on the table, holding onto bars fixed to the ceiling to control their weight precisely. They then use their feet (clean and warm) to give the massage. The pressure comes from body weight, which reaches a depth impossible with the hands alone. It's an original, safe and surprisingly gentle technique.

No — counter-intuitively, it's often less painful than a traditional deep tissue massage. Why? Because the surface of the foot is broad and flat, spreading the pressure over a large area. An elbow or thumb, by contrast, concentrates the pressure on a single point, which can feel "sharp". With the foot, you feel deep but enveloping pressure, easier to receive. Many clients tell us: "It's deep but it's soft".

Both treatments offer real depth, but the feeling is very different. The Signature Deep uses hands, elbows and forearms: the pressure is precise, targeted, sometimes sharp. The Signature Barefoot uses the feet: the pressure is broad, fluid, enveloping. For widespread chronic tension (back, legs), the Barefoot is often preferred. For very targeted work on a specific knot, the Deep is more suitable. It's also a matter of personal preference.

The Signature Barefoot is especially recommended for people who: carry widespread chronic tension (the whole back, the legs), are looking for a depth the hands can't reach, have massage regularly and want to try something new, or are athletes used to deep massage. If it's your first massage, choose the Signature Slow or The Sereniss instead.

As the Signature Barefoot is a deep technique, the contraindications are strict: pregnancy (any trimester), fever or a current infection, recent injuries, a herniated disc or unstable spinal problems, advanced osteoporosis, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, significant varicose veins, or cancers in active treatment. A large weight difference between you and our practitioner can also be a contraindication. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

To work on a specific issue (widespread chronic tension, recurring pain), we recommend a course: one session every 2 weeks for a month or two, then a monthly rhythm to maintain. For athletes in an intense season, one session every 2 weeks. To look after a body that trains regularly, one session a month keeps it supple and prevents chronic blocks.

Targeted

The Relief Treatment

View treatment →

The Signature Slow is a full-body massage (back, legs, arms, belly). The Relief focuses only on the upper body — back, neck, head, scalp — where tension gathers most. It's quicker (45 minutes is enough), more intense locally, and ideal if you have little time but need immediate relief for the neck and shoulders.

Yes, especially for tension headaches (the most common), which come from the contraction of the neck and scalp muscles. By releasing these areas, the Relief often eases headaches linked to stress, eye strain or long hours in front of a screen. For vascular migraines the effect is more variable — see a doctor first if you suffer from chronic migraines.

The Relief Treatment is ideal for people who work all day at a screen, those who regularly get neck tension and headaches, athletes with tight shoulders, parents who often carry children, or simply those who have little time but a lot of stress. It's also a great first taste if you're hesitant about a full-body massage.

The usual contraindications apply: fever, infections, recent wounds or skin inflammation on the areas worked, unstable spinal problems (acute herniated disc), anticoagulant treatment. For severe chronic neck pain or recent neck problems, check with your doctor before booking. We always adapt the work to your situation.

45 minutes — our recommended length — is perfect to work the back, neck and head effectively. It's the ideal option for most people: enough time for full relief, but short enough to fit a busy day. 60 minutes for those who really want to sink into the relaxation, with more time on the scalp and very gentle pressure.

For regular upkeep, one session a month is plenty. To work on chronic tension or recurring headaches, a short course — every 2 weeks for a month — gives excellent results. If you work a lot at a screen, this treatment can become an essential monthly ritual to prevent tension from building up.

The Roots Treatment

View treatment →

Foot reflexology is an age-old healing technique built on one principle: each area of the foot corresponds precisely to an organ, a gland or a part of the body. This map has been documented since ancient Egypt and is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. By stimulating the reflex zones, you send signals to the central nervous system that trigger a process of self-regulation. The result: an effect on the whole body, reached through the feet alone.

The Roots Treatment suits those with heavy legs, circulation problems or swelling, those looking to ease digestive troubles, chronic fatigue or insomnia, those who want a gentle yet deep wellbeing treatment, those who don't like undressing for a full-body massage, or those who simply want to explore a different approach. It's also very beneficial alongside medical care (with your doctor's approval).

Foot reflexology is especially effective for circulation problems (heavy legs, swelling), digestive troubles (constipation, bloating, sluggish transit), sleep problems and anxiety, some chronic pain (lower back, neck, sciatica), tension headaches, stress and chronic fatigue. It doesn't replace medical treatment but works as an effective complement.

The feet can be very sensitive, especially in the zones that correspond to organs out of balance. You may feel particularly tender points — that's normal, and it even guides the work. But the session should never be painful. Our practitioner constantly adjusts the intensity to your threshold. Many people describe it as "intense at moments but deeply pleasant".

Main contraindications: first-trimester pregnancy, fever or a current infection, injuries or inflammation on the feet (recent sprains, severe fungal infections, open wounds), phlebitis or serious circulation problems, unstable cardiovascular conditions, significant bone fragility. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

To work on a specific issue (chronic pain, digestive troubles), we recommend a course: one session a week for 3–4 weeks, then a monthly rhythm to maintain. For prevention and general balancing, one session every 1–2 months is enough. It's a wonderful treatment to add at the change of seasons, to support the body through its adjustments.

The Belly Treatment

View treatment →

Chi Nei Tsang literally means "working the internal energy of the organs". It's an abdominal massage from the Chinese Taoist tradition, practised for centuries in monasteries to help monks detoxify, strengthen and refine the body. The technique combines breathing, precise pressure and gentle mobilisation of the abdomen to stimulate the internal organs and release the tension stored in the belly.

Because science now confirms it. Our gut holds more than 200 million neurons (almost as many as the spinal cord) and produces 90% of our serotonin — the wellbeing hormone. The belly is in constant dialogue with the brain through the vagus nerve, and stores our held emotions. That's why we talk about a "knot in the stomach" or "not being able to stomach" something. Chi Nei Tsang works directly on this dimension.

The Belly treatment is especially suited to people with digestive troubles (bloating, constipation, sluggish transit, irritable bowel syndrome), with stress and anxiety that settle in the belly, with period pain, or going through an emotionally difficult time. It's also a wonderful treatment for those who want to work on their inner life in a non-verbal way.

It's an area of the body less often touched, which can surprise you the first time. But the session takes place in an extremely professional, caring setting. You stay lying on your back, covered by a sheet that only uncovers the abdomen being worked. Our practitioner explains every movement, checks your comfort throughout, and adapts to your needs. Most clients are surprised how soothing and natural it feels.

The contraindications for Chi Nei Tsang are strict: pregnancy (any trimester), recent abdominal surgery (less than 3 months), inflammatory bowel disease in a flare (Crohn's, ulcerative colitis), serious abdominal conditions (cancer, severe hernia), fever or a current infection. For a chronic digestive condition, check with your doctor before booking. We always adapt the work.

To work on a specific digestive or emotional issue, we recommend a course: one session a week for 3–4 weeks, then a monthly rhythm to maintain. For general balancing, one session every 6 weeks is enough. It's a treatment to savour: don't book it if you're rushed or tense — Chi Nei Tsang asks for a certain inner availability to give its best.

The Head & Mind Treatment

View treatment →

The Relief Treatment works the BACK, neck, shoulders AND head — it's a muscular treatment to release upper-body tension. The Head & Mind focuses only on the face, scalp and head, with a much gentler approach centred on mental calm. If your tension is mostly muscular: Relief. If you need to quiet your mind or ease headaches: Head & Mind.

Yes, but let's not promise miracles. Face massage stimulates micro-circulation, drains the tissue, oxygenates the skin, and relaxes the tight muscles that carve expression lines (forehead, around the eyes). Short term: a fresher face, a rested look, less puffiness. Long term and with a regular course: better-nourished skin, improved firmness. It's not a substitute for an aesthetic protocol, but an excellent natural complement.

The Head & Mind is especially suited to people with recurring headaches or tension migraines, with sleep problems or insomnia, who are very visual or intellectual and find it hard to switch off, who spend a lot of time in front of a screen (tired eyes), who want a gentle treatment to discover massage without fully undressing, or who enjoy treatments that pair wellbeing with an aesthetic effect.

Ideally yes — make-up limits the work on the skin. If you come with make-up on, we'll gently remove it before the session with a mild product. It's also best to come without sunscreen or oily products, which can interfere with the oils used during the massage. For men: no particular issue, but avoid shaving just beforehand if you can (more sensitive skin).

Main contraindications: facial skin inflammation (acute acne, a rosacea flare, active eczema), recent wounds or scars, current eye or ENT infections, acute sinusitis, a known allergy to certain oils or plants. For very sensitive or reactive skin, let our practitioner know so they can adapt the products.

For a headache- or stress-easing effect, one session a month is plenty. For an anti-ageing course, allow one session every 2–3 weeks for 2 months, then a monthly rhythm to maintain. For those with chronic migraines, this treatment can become a weekly ritual through the difficult phases.

The Prenatal Treatment

View treatment →

As a precaution, we recommend waiting until the end of the first trimester (from the 13th week of pregnancy) before having a prenatal massage. Since the first trimester is when the pregnancy settles, we prefer to wait, to be safe. From the 2nd trimester, the treatment can be given right up to term. In case of a high-risk pregnancy, ask your doctor's approval before booking.

You lie on your side, never on your belly. Our practitioner arranges specific cushions to support your head, back, belly and legs — creating a comfortable, safe position. You change sides during the session so both halves of your body are worked. If you're in late pregnancy and a position is uncomfortable, we adapt straight away.

We use only pure, organic plant oils (sweet almond, jojoba, coconut), with no essential oil that is contraindicated during pregnancy. No synthetic fragrance. If you have any allergies or particular preferences, let us know before the session. Your baby's safety is our absolute priority.

Indirect but real. When you're relaxed, your heart rate slows, your breathing settles, your cortisol (the stress hormone) drops. Your baby feels all of this through the placenta: calmer, better oxygenated, more at ease. Many mothers report that their baby moves differently during and after the session — often more peacefully.

Strict contraindications: first-trimester pregnancy (up to 12 weeks), a high-risk or complicated pregnancy (threat of premature labour, placenta praevia, pre-eclampsia), unusual bleeding or contractions, fever, a current infection, very significant varicose veins or phlebitis. In case of a high-risk pregnancy, you must consult your doctor or midwife before booking.

Many mothers-to-be make it a monthly ritual through the 2nd and 3rd trimesters — a great rhythm to maintain physical and emotional wellbeing. In late pregnancy (8th–9th month), a session every 2–3 weeks helps enormously with the discomforts (heavy legs, back, difficult sleep). Many mothers also come back post-partum (from 6 weeks after the birth) for recovery.

Rituals

The Forest Ritual

View treatment →

The ritual begins with a conversation to name your intention for the day. Several ritual steps then follow: a plant footbath, an aromatic scrub, a dry herb bath, purifying incense, an essential oil massage, and a closing sound therapy. The order isn't fixed — our practitioner shapes the flow to your energy of the moment, in a truly living approach. Each step melts into the next, creating one continuous journey rather than a series of techniques.

A shamanic ritual is an ancestral practice that treats care as a sacred ceremony, not a mere technical act. Beyond the physical effect of the plants and the massage, it's the intention set, the quality of presence, and the respect for the natural elements that create the transformation. Our Forest Ritual draws on indigenous practices but stays accessible: no particular beliefs are needed to feel its benefits.

We use a selection of medicinal and aromatic plants chosen for their purifying properties: white sage, lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, palo santo, and other essences depending on the season. The plants are selected ethically, respecting their origins and the traditional communities that made them known. If you have any known allergies, let us know before the session so we can adapt.

No, not at all. The physical benefits are real whatever your beliefs: the plants have active properties, the massage releases tension, the sound therapy soothes the nervous system, the ritual smoke affects breathing and smell. You can approach this ritual as a complete sensory experience with no spiritual dimension at all if you wish. And if you're open to the symbolic side, the experience simply takes on another depth.

This ritual involves plants, smoke and essential oils. Main contraindications: known allergies to plants or essential oils, severe asthma or acute respiratory problems, first-trimester pregnancy, hypersensitivity to strong scents, fever or a current infection, and certain cancers in active treatment. If in doubt, contact us: we can adapt the ritual or point you to a more suitable treatment.

This ritual is especially suited to times of transition: the change of seasons (equinoxes, solstices), moving through a stage of life, after a hard period, or when you feel the need for a deep cleanse. Once or twice a year is an ideal rhythm for most. For those who regularly practise personal development or energy approaches, a seasonal ritual (4 times a year) beautifully accompanies the natural cycles.

The Sea Ritual

View treatment →

Both rituals last 2h and offer a holistic experience, but their approach is very different. The Forest Ritual is a shamanic plant ceremony, focused on energy cleansing. The Sea Ritual honours the marine elements (salt, muds, seaweed, shells) and works above all on the physical: remineralisation, detoxification, relief from muscle and joint pain. If the Forest is spiritual, the Sea is physical and mineral.

Alternating hot and cold (a technique called contrast hydrotherapy) has remarkable effects on circulation and inflammation. The hot shells relax the muscles, open the pores and help the minerals absorb. The cold shells tighten the vessels and reduce inflammation. This alternation creates a real "pumping" effect that revives circulation and soothes painful areas.

This ritual uses concentrated marine products. Main contraindications: iodine allergy, current infectious illness, skin conditions (except psoriasis, which can benefit from the salt), decompensated heart failure with breathlessness, cancers in an acute phase of treatment. First-trimester pregnancy is also best avoided. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

Absolutely. The Sea Ritual is especially suited to people with rheumatism, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, or chronic muscle tension. The combination of salt, sea muds and hot-and-cold shells, worked locally on the sore areas, is something many of our clients find genuinely soothing — many come for a course during flare-up periods.

The Sea Ritual is especially beneficial in winter, when the body lacks iodine and minerals. Also after a period of tiredness or stress that has drained your reserves. In spring, it's a wonderful "coming out of winter" ritual to restart the metabolism. And for athletes, it's a classic for recovery after an intense season.

To fully feel the remineralising effects, we recommend a ritual every 4 to 6 weeks as a wellbeing course (3 sessions). For a therapeutic approach to chronic pain, sometimes twice a month for 1–2 months, then a monthly rhythm. For a maintenance ritual, 2 to 4 times a year is enough (particularly at the change of seasons).

The Blackout Ritual

View treatment →

Yes, truly. The room is in total darkness — no candle, no night-light, not a sliver of light. It's this total darkness that creates the effect we're after: your eyes rest, your mind quiets, and your other senses wake up. You're of course free at any moment to ask for a little light if you need it — your comfort always comes first.

It's a fair question, but the experience is very different from what you might imagine. The reassuring presence of our practitioner and the caring contact of their hands create an extremely safe setting. Most people who are apprehensive about the dark at first end up describing a feeling of being enveloped rather than any anxiety. If you're genuinely claustrophobic or very anxious in the dark, let's talk it through before the session so we can adapt.

The Blackout Ritual is ideal for very visual or very mental people who struggle to switch off, for those who want an unusual sensory experience, for private people who appreciate not being seen, and for anyone who wants to deepen their letting-go. It's also much loved by people overstimulated by screens, who find a rare rest for the eyes in the dark.

Technically, the massage is similar to a Signature Slow or a classic oil massage. The big difference is the setting: total darkness completely changes perception. Touch becomes more present, scents more intense, sounds more enveloping. It's this sensory immersion that makes the Blackout an experience in its own right, not just a massage with the lights off.

This ritual needs no specific contraindications beyond those of other relaxing massages: first-trimester pregnancy, fever or a current infection, recent injuries, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment. The one contraindication specific to the Blackout: severe claustrophobia or very high anxiety in the dark. If in doubt, let's talk it through before the session.

60 minutes to discover the experience of the dark and test your comfort. 90 minutes — our recommended length — to fully enjoy the immersion: it takes around 20 minutes for the nervous system to settle into the darkness, and after that, the letting-go becomes deep. 120 minutes for those who want a complete, transformative experience. For a first time, we suggest 90 minutes.

The Breathwork Ritual

View treatment →

The Dream Machine is a patented French device, awarded at the Concours Lépine 2022, France's leading inventors' award, that uses rhythmic light stimulation. In practice, it's a lamp placed in front of you that projects rhythmic light, which you perceive through closed eyelids. This phenomenon — called "photic driving" in neuroscience — has been studied for over 50 years and is the subject of more than 50 scientific papers. Your brain naturally follows the rhythm of the light and quickly enters a deep meditative state. 92% of users see visual patterns and striking colours — no substances involved — just your brain and the light.

The experience is deeply personal, and everyone has their own. Most often: flowing, colourful visual patterns (like an inner kaleidoscope), a sense of floating, deep mental calm, time slowing down. Some people go through an emotional release (tears, laughter, a wave of relief); others travel through surprising inner landscapes. The breathing work heightens this emotional side. Whatever surfaces is welcomed without judgement by our practitioner.

The contraindications are strict and we always check them before the session: epilepsy or a history of seizures (rhythmic light can trigger seizures in sensitive people), unstable heart conditions or untreated high blood pressure, pregnancy (hyperventilation can affect the baby), severe psychiatric conditions (schizophrenia, unstable bipolar disorder), severe asthma without an inhaler nearby, glaucoma or high eye pressure, recent surgery. If in doubt, contact us before booking and we'll talk it through together.

Not at all. The Breathwork Ritual is designed to be accessible to complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Our practitioner guides you at every moment, explains what will happen beforehand, and stays present throughout. If it's your first time, you may be surprised by the intensity — but you'll be fully supported. No prior skill in meditation, yoga or breathing is needed.

Ordinary meditation takes practice, discipline, and several weeks before you feel deep effects. The Breathwork Ritual with Dream Machine brings fast, powerful effects from the very first session, because light and breath act directly on the brain, with no training required. The two aren't opposed — they complement each other: many meditators use this practice to go deeper into their usual sitting.

For occasional exploration: once or twice a year, at times of transition or when you need clarity. For deeper therapeutic work: one session a month for 3 to 6 months, alongside psychological support if needed. For a regular practice of wellbeing and mental performance: every 2 to 4 weeks. Our practitioner can suggest a rhythm that suits you after your first session.

The Four Hands Ritual

View treatment →

Everything. When one therapist massages you, your attention can follow the movements, which keeps a subtle kind of mental control. With four hands moving at once, your brain can no longer keep up — it lets go. It's this "surrender" that creates the extraordinarily deep release of the Four Hands. Many of our clients speak of an experience "outside of time", "in a bubble", nothing like a classic massage.

It's a real craft. Our therapists are used to working together and have built a shared choreography. The movements can be identical (both making the same gesture on each side of the body at once), complementary (one working the upper body while the other works the lower), or alternating (creating waves that travel across the whole body). This sync happens without a word — through shared practice and mutual listening.

The Four Hands Ritual is ideal for those who find it hard to switch off mentally, for people who already know massage well and want something new, for birthdays, celebrations or exceptional gifts, or simply to give yourself the very peak of massage. It's also perfect for times of deep tiredness or burnout, when the body is calling for fast, deep recovery.

It's a fair question. Our therapists are trained to hold an extremely professional, caring setting. You stay in your underwear, covered by a sheet throughout, which only uncovers the area being worked. The sync between the two therapists quickly creates an enveloping bubble that dissolves any awkwardness — most clients are surprised how fast they feel at ease. If you have the slightest hesitation, let's talk it through before the session.

The same as for a classic oil massage: first-trimester pregnancy, fever or a current infection, recent injuries, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, significant varicose veins, certain cancers in active treatment. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

45 minutes to discover the feeling of four hands, ideal for a first time. 60 minutes — our recommended length — for a full-body massage with time to fully enjoy the letting-go. 90 minutes for those who want to live the experience in all its depth, with no sense of time at all. For a special occasion or a gift, the 90 minutes is unforgettable.

Traditions

Balinese Massage

View treatment →

The Signature Slow is a soft-pressure relaxing massage, designed to slow the nervous system down. The Balinese is more dynamic and deeper: it combines intense muscle kneading with enveloping strokes. Where the Slow relaxes, the Balinese releases AND relaxes. Many clients choose it when a Slow is no longer enough but a Deep feels too intense.

The Signature Deep targets muscle knots precisely, with very focused pressure (elbows, thumbs). The Balinese has similar pressure but more enveloping: full palms, forearms, long gliding strokes. The depth reached is comparable, but the feeling is very different — more fluid with the Balinese. If you value the sensory journey as much as the muscle release, the Balinese will be your choice.

The Balinese suits those looking for a massage that is both deep and relaxing, who want a sensory journey without giving up the muscle release, who carry tension from stress or a sedentary posture, or who simply want to discover a different tradition. It's also a great first choice if you're torn between relaxation and muscle therapy.

The usual contraindications apply: first-trimester pregnancy, fever or a current infection, recent injuries or acute inflammation, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, significant varicose veins, advanced osteoporosis, and certain cancers in active treatment. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

60 minutes — our recommended length — for a full-body massage with a good stretch of relaxation. Ideal as a first taste. 90 minutes for those who really want to sink into the experience, with more time on the priority tension areas. For a first time, we suggest 60 minutes.

For regular body maintenance, one session a month is ideal. To work on chronic tension, a short course — every 2 weeks for a month or two — gives excellent results. For athletes, it's a great recovery companion, worked in every 2–3 weeks during intense seasons.

Thai Massage

View treatment →

You choose: this massage can be received clothed (loose clothing recommended) or undressed, on a table or a futon, with or without oil. Just let us know your preference when you book, and we'll set the room up accordingly.

Not at all. It's a common misconception that stops many people from trying. Our practitioner adapts each stretch to YOUR range — not the other way around. You'll never be forced into an uncomfortable position. In fact, it's precisely stiff or inflexible bodies that gain the most from this work. Suppleness comes WITH the massage, not before it.

In yoga, you do the effort. In Thai massage, our practitioner performs the movements for you while you stay completely passive. Similar benefits (suppleness, mobility, energy), but zero effort on your part. That's why many describe it as "a yoga class without the sweat" — exactly what Thai massage promises.

As Thai massage involves stretches and deep pressure, the contraindications are strict: pregnancy (any trimester), fever or a current infection, phlebitis or serious circulation problems, recent muscle or joint injuries, acute herniated discs, advanced osteoporosis, unstable cardiovascular conditions. If in doubt, contact us: we can point you to a more suitable treatment.

It's possible, and completely normal. The deep stretches work your muscles like a session of physical activity. Many clients feel mild soreness in the 24–48h that follow, a sign the tissue has been worked. It passes — beyond that, you gain new suppleness and energy. To keep it to a minimum: drink plenty of water after the session.

60 minutes to discover the feeling and work the priority areas. 90 minutes — our recommended length — for a complete, balanced session, with time to fully take in the stretches and pressure. 120 minutes for those who want a deep, complete experience, ideal for recovering from an intense period or before a big change.

Tui Na Massage

View treatment →

A classic massage mainly aims for muscle relaxation and unwinding. Tui Na is above all **therapeutic**: it sets out to help ease specific problems (chronic pain, digestive troubles, fatigue, insomnia, energy blocks) by stimulating precise points and meridians. If you're looking for pure relaxation, go for the Signature Slow or a Balinese. If you have a targeted problem to address, Tui Na is more suitable.

Acupuncture and Tui Na are both among the 5 pillars of traditional Chinese medicine and work on the same meridians. The main difference: acupuncture uses needles, Tui Na uses the hands. The two are complementary — many Chinese medicine practitioners combine them. Tui Na's advantage: no needles, for those who are wary of them.

Tui Na is especially suited to chronic muscle and joint pain (neck, lower back, sciatica, tendinitis), digestive troubles (bloating, constipation, sluggish digestion), chronic fatigue and low vitality, sleep problems and anxiety, some headaches and migraines, and energy imbalances (feeling "drained"). It's both a preventive and a restorative approach.

Tui Na is more intense than a relaxing massage — the pressure is deep and targeted on the acupoints, which can be tender. That said, it should never be painful. Our practitioner constantly adjusts the intensity to your threshold. The feeling is often described as "intense but good" — a sign the blocks are releasing. If any pressure becomes unpleasant, say so straight away.

Main contraindications: pregnancy (any trimester), fever or a current infection, recent injuries, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, bone fragility, certain cancers in active treatment, and severe psychiatric conditions. As Tui Na is therapeutic, tell us about ALL your health concerns before the session so we can adapt the work.

To work on a specific issue (chronic pain, a digestive problem), we recommend a course: one session a week for 3–4 weeks, then a monthly rhythm to maintain. For prevention and general energy balance, one session every 1–2 months is plenty. In traditional Chinese medicine, it's a treatment you build in regularly, not a one-off therapy.

Energy

Energy Harmonisation

View treatment →

Reiki is a Japanese tradition created in 1922 by Mikao Usui. The word means "universal energy" (Rei = universal, Ki = energy). It's now the best-known energy treatment in the world. LaHoChi, more recent, works on higher vibrational frequencies and is especially effective for deep emotional release. Both are given through the laying on of hands, and we combine them in this session so their effects complement each other.

Energy Harmonisation suits those going through intense stress or deep tiredness, who want a profoundly gentle treatment with no physical pressure, who are recovering and can't receive a classic massage, who want to explore energy approaches to wellbeing, or who are drawn to the subtle side of a treatment without needing to make it spiritual. It's also a wonderful support through times of personal change.

Either. Our practitioner adapts to your comfort. Traditional Reiki is given with very light contact (hands resting on the clothed body), while LaHoChi is often given without contact, hands a few centimetres above. If you prefer no contact at all (after surgery, say, or simply by preference), we can work entirely hands-off. You stay fully clothed throughout.

Sensations vary from person to person, and day to day. Many feel warmth over certain areas, tingling, a sense of heaviness or, on the contrary, lightness. Some see colours or have peaceful mental images. Many literally fall asleep during the session — that's completely normal and beneficial. Others simply stay in deep relaxation, close to a guided meditation. No sensation is "better" than another.

Reiki and LaHoChi are extremely gentle, with no firm contact, so there are very few physical contraindications. That said, they are never a substitute for medical or psychiatric care. If you're on heavy medication, check with your doctor before booking. For anyone in great psychological fragility or acute crisis, these treatments can be too powerful — a professional therapeutic setting is more appropriate.

For general maintenance, one session a month is plenty. To move through a hard time (grief, transition, burnout), a course of 3 to 5 closely spaced sessions (every 1–2 weeks) works remarkably well. It's a treatment that builds: the effects often unfold in the days that follow, and each session deepens the work of the ones before.

The Tameana Treatment

View treatment →

The Tameana — or sacred Salush Nahí triangle — is a vibrational treatment that uses a pyramid of quartz crystals arranged in a precise geometry. The crystals are programmed with Light Codes that let them emit specific vibrations. The pyramid can concentrate great volumes of energy and direct them according to the work at hand. It's a very accessible treatment (level 1 of the practice), pairing the energy dimension with inner-child healing.

The Tameana is especially suited to people who feel they carry old or emotional wounds, who are going through a phase of inner transformation, who are looking to reconnect with their essence and their life direction, who want to work on inner-child healing, or who are simply curious about crystal vibrational treatments. It's a gentle, entirely non-invasive treatment, open to everyone.

Reiki is a direct transmission of energy through the practitioner's hands. The Tameana uses a different device: a pyramid of crystals that acts as an amplifier and a director of energy. The vibrational work is more structured, more precise in its direction, and often opens a space especially suited to inner-child healing. The two treatments are complementary — many people alternate the two approaches depending on their needs.

Sensations vary a lot from person to person. Some feel intense warmth, tingling, subtle vibrations in certain parts of the body. Others perceive mental images, emotional memories rising up gently, sometimes freeing tears. Many drift to sleep or into a very peaceful half-conscious state. The treatment takes place in silence or with soft music, lying on the table, fully clothed.

As the Tameana is an energy treatment with no firm contact, the physical contraindications are very limited. That said, this treatment can be very powerful emotionally. If you're going through a very fragile psychological phase, in acute crisis, or with an unstable psychiatric condition, a therapeutic setting is more appropriate. For pregnant women, the treatment is usually well tolerated, but ask your practitioner's advice before booking. This treatment is not a substitute for medical care.

The Tameana is a treatment to savour: no rush, letting each session take its time to unfold over days to several weeks. For general harmonising, one session every 6–8 weeks is plenty. For specific work on the inner child or an inner transformation, a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart is often recommended. Many people make it a seasonal transition ritual.

Access Bars

View treatment →

Access Bars is an energy treatment that works on 32 specific points of the head, each one linked to an area of life — money, communication, creativity, control, ageing, and more. Our practitioner touches these points very lightly throughout the session. The aim is to release the "electromagnetic charge" stored in the brain — the thoughts, emotions, judgements and beliefs we accumulate. Many describe it as a deep clearing of the mind.

Access Bars is especially suited to people whose mind is always running and won't switch off, who live with stress, anxiety or mental overload, who struggle to sleep because of racing thoughts, who want a very gentle way into energy work, or who have tried meditation without success. It's also a wonderful support through times of change, when emotions run high.

It varies from person to person. Some fall asleep quickly and deeply. Others slip into a meditative state where thoughts fade away. Some feel tingling or warmth, see colours, or have sudden insights. Most describe it as "deeply relaxing, like a long, deep meditation". You stay lying down and fully clothed throughout.

A head massage (like our Head & Mind treatment) works on the muscles and circulation — pressure on the muscles, better blood flow, gentle stretches. Access Bars is the opposite: no muscle work, no pressure, just a subtle touch on 32 precise points. The goal isn't to relax the muscles but to "unload" the mind. The two can work beautifully together — one for the body, one for the mind.

Access Bars is extremely gentle, with no pressure, so there are very few physical contraindications. It can even be done during pregnancy (with your doctor's approval if you have any doubts). That said, it is never a substitute for medical or psychological care. For anyone in a fragile mental state or in acute crisis, a professional therapeutic setting is more appropriate.

For an occasional "mental reset", a single session is often enough to bring immediate relief. To work on chronic stress or anxiety over time, a course of 3 to 5 weekly sessions gives longer-lasting results. Many people keep a monthly session to maintain a quiet mind — especially useful through intense periods at work or in life.

Spinal Energetics

View treatment →

Spinal Energetics is a modern somatic-energetic approach, created in 2020 by Dr Sarah Jane, an Australian chiropractor. It combines principles of chiropractic (mapping the spine), somatic therapy (bodily release) and energy work (a subtle touch). During the session, our practitioner brushes lightly along the spine and certain points of the back — with no manipulation at all. The body then responds with spontaneous movements that release the tension stored in the tissue.

Spinal Energetics is especially suited to people who feel disconnected from their body or emotionally dissociated, who carry chronic tension that classic massages don't release for long, who have lived through an old physical or emotional trauma, who are curious about new somatic approaches, or who want to try something different and deep. It's also a wonderful complement to traditional therapeutic work.

The experience varies enormously from person to person. Some immediately feel subtle movements of the body: ripples, light trembling, spontaneous stretches. Others have emotions rising up (sometimes tears, laughter, deep sighs). Others simply stay relaxed with no particular movement — that's perfectly normal too. Our practitioner holds whatever happens in a safe space, never forcing anything.

The movements can be very subtle (barely perceptible) or broader (spontaneous stretches, ripples through the body), but they always stay within comfort. It's YOUR body that decides what it releases and how. Our practitioner triggers nothing: they only open the space with their subtle touch, and the body chooses what it does. Many people are surprised at their first session — a little disconcerting at first, then very freeing.

As Spinal Energetics is an extremely light touch, with no manipulation, the physical contraindications are very limited. That said, because this treatment can be emotionally intense (somatic release), it isn't recommended for people in great psychological fragility, in acute crisis, or with an unstable psychiatric condition. For pregnant women, the treatment is usually well tolerated. If you're on heavy medication, let us know before the session.

Spinal Energetics is best savoured slowly. One session can produce effects for 1–2 weeks (sometimes longer). To discover the treatment, start with one session to see how your body responds. For deeper work or to release long-held tension, a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart often gives excellent results. After that, one session every 6–8 weeks is enough to maintain.

Lymphatic Drainage — Renata França

View treatment →

Renata França is a Brazilian massage therapist who developed this technique in a São Paulo spa. Her method reinvents classic lymphatic drainage: instead of slow, soft movements, she uses fast, firm pumping over the lymph nodes while respecting the direction of flow. The result: effects you can see immediately (the body decongests, a visibly slimmer silhouette) where classic drainage needs many sessions for gradual change.

Three main differences. (1) Rhythm: Renata França is faster and more dynamic; classic drainage is slow and gentle. (2) Pressure: Renata França uses firm pressure (sometimes uncomfortable, never painful); classic drainage stays light. (3) Results: Renata França shows immediate effects from the first session; classic drainage needs several for gradual change. If you want fast efficiency: Renata França. If you want very gentle drainage: the classic method.

Renata França drainage is especially suited to people dealing with water retention and heavy legs, who want to reduce water-based cellulite, who have bloating and a swollen belly, who want a fast sculpting effect, who are coming out of an intense period, who are athletes wanting to recover faster, or who simply want a quick "reset" before an important event. It's also very effective post-partum (with your doctor's approval).

A single session gives visible effects that last 3 to 7 days, depending on your metabolism and diet. For truly lasting results, we recommend a course of 5: one session a week for 5 weeks, then one maintenance session a month. This is the protocol that gives the most striking results. Reduced rates available for the course — contact us for details.

Strict contraindications: pregnancy (any trimester, unless your doctor agrees), significant venous insufficiency or phlebitis, unstable cardiovascular conditions, anticoagulant treatment, certain cancers in active treatment (or recent follow-up), current infections, significant bone fragility, open skin wounds. After surgery, check with your surgeon first. If in doubt, contact us before booking.

Yes, we offer preferential rates for courses (from 5 sessions). Contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or through the booking form for the full course rates suited to your goals (drainage, anti-cellulite, post-surgery, and so on). We also set up a personalised protocol for your situation at the first session.

The Sculpt Treatment

View treatment →

Maderotherapy — also called "wood therapy" — is a body-contouring massage technique from Colombia. It uses ergonomic wood tools (rollers, cups, mushrooms) to stimulate circulation, drain the lymph and break down fatty deposits. Each tool has a precise role: the roller breaks down cellulite nodules, the cup creates a suction effect to lift adhesions, the mushroom firms. It's an exceptional hands-on treatment — both precise and full-body.

The Sculpt treatment suits those who want to reduce cellulite (water-based or fibrous), who are looking for a contouring, firming effect, who want to refine thighs, hips, belly or arms, who are post-pregnancy (with your doctor's approval), who are complementing a sport or nutrition programme, or who simply want a toning treatment for skin and silhouette. It's also a great companion to a Renata França drainage course.

No. Maderotherapy is dynamic, sometimes uncomfortable over very tense or cellulite-heavy areas, but never painful. Our practitioner constantly adjusts the intensity to your threshold. The wood tools are ergonomic and rounded (no sharp edges). Many describe it as "intense but good" — a bit like a good sports massage. If any pressure becomes unpleasant, say so straight away.

The two treatments complement each other. Renata França drainage targets water retention and WATER-BASED cellulite — it decongests, drains, deflates. Maderotherapy targets FIBROUS cellulite and deeper reshaping — it breaks down fatty nodules, firms, sculpts. Many clients alternate the two: Renata França to drain, Sculpt to reshape. Our practitioner can point you to the right one for your main goal.

Strict contraindications: pregnancy (any trimester), serious circulatory issues (phlebitis, significant venous insufficiency), anticoagulant treatment, unstable cardiovascular conditions, certain cancers in active treatment, skin infections on the treated areas, recent wounds, significant bone fragility, abdominal hernias. After surgery or birth, check with your doctor first. A consultation before the first session is recommended if in doubt.

Yes, we offer preferential rates for courses of 10 sessions (the protocol recommended for truly lasting results). Contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or through the booking form for the details. We also set up a personalised protocol at the first session, based on your type of cellulite and your goals (anti-cellulite, firming, post-pregnancy, and so on).
