Each tool has a precise role: the roller breaks down cellulite nodules, the cup creates a suction effect to lift adhesions, the mushroom firms. It's an exceptional hands-on treatment — both precise and full-body.

No. Maderotherapy is dynamic, sometimes uncomfortable over very tense or cellulite-heavy areas, but never painful. Our practitioner constantly adjusts the intensity to your threshold. The wood tools are ergonomic and rounded (no sharp edges). Many describe it as "intense but good" — a bit like a good sports massage. If any pressure becomes unpleasant, say so straight away.
The two treatments complement each other. Renata França drainage targets water retention and WATER-BASED cellulite — it decongests, drains, deflates. Maderotherapy targets FIBROUS cellulite and deeper reshaping — it breaks down fatty nodules, firms, sculpts. Many clients alternate the two: Renata França to drain, Sculpt to reshape. Our practitioner can point you to the right one for your main goal.
Strict contraindications: pregnancy (any trimester), serious circulatory issues (phlebitis, significant venous insufficiency), anticoagulant treatment, unstable cardiovascular conditions, certain cancers in active treatment, skin infections on the treated areas, recent wounds, significant bone fragility, abdominal hernias. After surgery or birth, check with your doctor first. A consultation before the first session is recommended if in doubt.
