The Tameana — or sacred Salush Nahí triangle — is a vibrational treatment that uses a pyramid of quartz crystals programmed with Light Codes. This structure can concentrate great volumes of energy and direct them precisely, according to the vibrational scale being worked on.
Beyond general energy harmonising, the Tameana is especially known for its work on inner-child healing — those parts of us left frozen in old wounds. The Tameana — or sacred Salush Nahí triangle — is a vibrational treatment that uses a pyramid of quartz crystals arranged in a precise geometry. The crystals are programmed with Light Codes that let them emit specific vibrations. The pyramid can concentrate great volumes of energy and direct them according to the work at hand. It's a very accessible treatment (level 1 of the practice), pairing the energy dimension with inner-child healing.
The Tameana is especially suited to people who feel they carry old or emotional wounds, who are going through a phase of inner transformation, who are looking to reconnect with their essence and their life direction, who want to work on inner-child healing, or who are simply curious about crystal vibrational treatments. It's a gentle, entirely non-invasive treatment, open to everyone.
Reiki is a direct transmission of energy through the practitioner's hands. The Tameana uses a different device: a pyramid of crystals that acts as an amplifier and a director of energy. The vibrational work is more structured, more precise in its direction, and often opens a space especially suited to inner-child healing. The two treatments are complementary — many people alternate the two approaches depending on their needs.
Sensations vary a lot from person to person. Some feel intense warmth, tingling, subtle vibrations in certain parts of the body. Others perceive mental images, emotional memories rising up gently, sometimes freeing tears. Many drift to sleep or into a very peaceful half-conscious state. The treatment takes place in silence or with soft music, lying on the table, fully clothed.
As the Tameana is an energy treatment with no firm contact, the physical contraindications are very limited. That said, this treatment can be very powerful emotionally. If you're going through a very fragile psychological phase, in acute crisis, or with an unstable psychiatric condition, a therapeutic setting is more appropriate. For pregnant women, the treatment is usually well tolerated, but ask your practitioner's advice before booking. This treatment is not a substitute for medical care.
The Tameana is a treatment to savour: no rush, letting each session take its time to unfold over days to several weeks. For general harmonising, one session every 6–8 weeks is plenty. For specific work on the inner child or an inner transformation, a course of 3–5 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart is often recommended. Many people make it a seasonal transition ritual.
