I practice massage because it's a way for me to bring relief and well-being to others. Through this practice, I've discovered a unique therapeutic power that enhances people's quality of life, whether it's to release muscular tension, reduce stress or simply promote relaxation. Massage allows me to create a space of calm and connection, where every gesture is an invitation to soothe. I deeply appreciate the human aspect of this profession, as each session is a moment of sharing and trust. By practicing massage, I also feel connected to my own body, which enables me to better understand the needs of others and develop attentive listening skills. It's an activity that allows me to develop personally while having a positive impact on the well-being of others. I love to see people's bodies relax under my fingers, and to see them leave relieved and smiling.
What I also love is touch: it's a universal language, a silent but profound means of communication. It's one of the first senses we develop, and remains an essential link throughout our lives. Through touch, we express emotions, gestures of comfort, support and kindness. It has the unique power to calm and reassure, but also to stimulate. Whether it's a caress, a handshake or a massage, touch creates human connections, reduces emotional distance and offers a sense of security.
I became interested in massage therapy in 2020. I went straight to work in a wellness center where I was trained in different techniques. What I love is that you're never done learning. Even today, thanks to Sereniss, I can further develop my practice.
