1. CONFIRMATION
Reservations are confirmed by e-mail, provided that the following details are supplied: surname, first name, telephone number and e-mail address. This information allows us to confirm your identity and to contact you if necessary.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT
For reservations made on the site, it is possible to pay online by credit card, or to pay on site. On-site payment can be made in cash, via mobile apps or by bancontact. Prices vary according to day and time of day: there’s a 20eur surcharge on Thursday nights from 7:30pm to 10:00pm, and on Sundays and public holidays.
3. LATE POLICY
You must notify us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Beyond 15 minutes, the lost time will be at your charge and deducted from the session.
4. CANCELLATION
You can cancel your session online up to 4 hours before the appointment time (via the confirmation e-mail or via your “my account” page on the website).
5. REPROGRAM
You can reschedule your session up to 4 hours before the appointment time (via the confirmation e-mail or via your “my account” page on the website).
6. NO PLACE
If you do not show up for the appointment without cancelling, you will be charged the full price of the reservation.

The online store offers Sereniss brand products, carefully selected original products, service-related gift certificates and subscriptions. Payments are possible via bank cards and Bancontact, in a secure manner.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All parcels sent in Belgium, up to 5kg, are priced at 6,50eur via Bpost (standard home delivery). Delivery times depend on the carrier, and can vary between 1 to 3 business days. For deliveries in France, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany, the shipping costs are 16,50eur, and the delays vary between 2 to 5 working days. For international shipments to countries other than those mentioned above, please contact us by e-mail at info@sereniss.com to find out how to ship. You can also pick up your order at the salon.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
You have the right to withdraw from the products purchased on the online store, if the product does not meet your expectations or if it is defective upon receipt (this does not concern wear and tear, or a product that you have damaged). In this case, you have 14 days to return the item (at your expense), or bring it back to the salon, for an exchange or refund. You can then notify your withdrawal by e-mail to info@sereniss.com. Gift cards and subscriptions are not refundable.
