Massage sessions are offered in a strictly professional environment, focused on well-being, relaxation and mutual respect. In order to guarantee a calm and respectful experience, we ask you to read the following rules before booking a session. By booking a session, you declare that you have read these conditions and agree to abide by them:
Massages are not intended to be sensual or sexual. Any inappropriate request, remark or attitude will result in the immediate termination of the session, without refund, and may be reported.
A respectful attitude is expected throughout the session. The practitioner reserves the right to interrupt the session in the event of inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Proper personal hygiene is essential.
Personal information shared during the session is treated as confidential.
Any medical information, pain, or contraindications must be communicated before the session in order to adapt the treatment, or if necessary, redirect you to another professional. Download contraindications
Reservations are confirmed by e-mail as long as the necessary information is provided: surname, first name, telephone number and e-mail address. This information enables us to confirm your identity and contact you if necessary.
For bookings made on the website, it is possible to pay online by credit card, or to pay on site. On-site payment can be made in cash, via mobile applications or Bancontact. Prices vary according to day and time: a €20 surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays.
Please let us know if you will be late for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the time lost will be charged to you and deducted from the duration of the session.
You can cancel your session online up to 4 hours before the appointment time (via the confirmation e-mail or from your “my account” area on the website).
To guarantee quality service and respect everyone’s time, all cancellations or changes to appointments must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
After this time, or in the event of a no-show, a €50 cancellation fee will be automatically applied.
This policy enables us to maintain an efficient organization and offer your freed-up slots to other waiting customers.
ONLINE SHOPPING
1. PAYMENT TERMS
The online store sells Sereniss brand products, carefully selected original products, service-related gift vouchers and subscriptions. Payments can be made securely by credit card or Bancontact.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All parcels sent in Belgium, up to 2kg, cost 9.95 eur, via Bpost (24h home delivery with tracking number). Delivery times depend on the carrier, and may vary. For deliveries to France, Holland, Luxembourg and Germany, shipping costs are 19.95 eur and delivery times vary between 2 and 5 working days. For international shipments to countries other than those mentioned above, please contact us by e-mail at info@sereniss.com to find out how to ship. You can also buy products on site.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
You have the right to cancel your order for products purchased from our online store, if the product does not meet your expectations or if it is faulty on receipt (this does not apply to wear and tear or a product that you have damaged). In this case, you have 14 days to return the item (at your expense), or take it back to the salon, for exchange or reimbursement. You can then notify your withdrawal by e-mail to info@sereniss.com. Gift cards and subscriptions are non-refundable.
