How to boost your immunity? - Système immunitaire

The key to staying healthy and giving your body the means to defend itself against any attack (from viruses, bacteria, etc…) is to keep your immunity optimal and operational.

To do so, there are a few habits to change/keep in order to preserve your health capital as much as possible. Here are some tips:

  • The seat of immunity is in the belly, so we must be careful with what we eat: give preference to fruits and vegetables, consume natural antibacterial agents such as garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, thyme, etc…and products of the hive, reduce sugar, alcohol, oxidized fats, industrial and processed foods, gluten, overcooking, meat and animal products, if necessary supplement with vitamins B, C, D, iron and magnesium (ask your doctor)
  • Get enough and good sleep
  • Avoiding sources of stress and anxiety
  • Practice a sport activity
  • Use ravinstara, tea-tree, laurel, eucalyptus, anti-viral essential oils (in massage, or in diffusion, always be well informed about the use of essential oils)
  • Do whatever brings you joy
